Some biochemistry tests require 8 to 12 hours of fasting; most genetic tests do not. Preparation instructions specific to your test are shared when you book your appointment.
Booking an appointment shortens your waiting time. You can book via the Online Services page or by phone.
Routine tests are usually completed within 1 to 3 business days. Turnaround for comprehensive genomic analyses varies by test; the reporting schedule is communicated at sample acceptance.
Once ready, you can access your results online through the E-Results system, or collect a printed report from the laboratory if you prefer.
