Definition

Several clinically important pharmacogenes (typically CYP2D6, CYP2C19, CYP2C9, VKORC1, SLCO1B1) are genotyped in a single run to build the patient's drug metabolism profile; the aim is to provide dose/selection guidance for commonly used drug classes (antidepressants, anticoagulants, statins, analgesics).
