A panel that jointly evaluates the genes associated with the metabolism of and response to antidepressants, antipsychotics and anxiolytics (CYP2D6, CYP2C19, CYP1A2, SLC6A4/5-HTTLPR, HLA-A31:01/HLA-B15:02). In 2023 CPIC published CYP2D6/CYP2C19-based dosing guidance for SSRIs.
